Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

The app is intended for users aged 16 and older.
By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. App Purpose

Locked In: AI Coach is designed to support discipline, goal tracking, and habit improvement.
The app provides motivational and productivity tools.
It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

You use the app at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The app offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases.
By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

We do not process or store payment information.

5. Premium Features

Access to certain features requires an active subscription.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app
• Interfere with app security or functionality
• Upload harmful or abusive content

Violation may result in account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software within the app are the property of NK Productions.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Service interruptions

Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time.
Deleting your account removes your data but does not automatically cancel subscriptions. Subscriptions must be cancelled via Apple.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
